That makes me the #1 skeptic in Virginia. We wanted a frameless glass enclosure for our new shower and called 6 different glass companies on the Peninsula. A Better View offered great customer service, fast turnaround time and the price was right. The installation was fast and perfectly done. John's attention to detail is really amazing and rare in today's world. The spaces between the glass and the tile were kept to an absolute minimum to prevent any leakage. He measured and had the glass cut to fit perfectly to our slightly out of level tile wall. John and Danya are in business to satisfy their customers and we are very satisfied!! You will not find better customer service any where! From the first call for a quote Danya was knowledgable and helpful in getting the details. John called back within the hour and had a quote to me before the end of the day...wow! The price with all the extras was lower than the basics from the competition, the delivery was twice as fast as the competition alluded to and the installation quality was phenomenal. My frameless panel and glass shower doors are a real show piece. These guys are a first class five star operation. If you need custom glass or mirrors you should stop here you won't be disappointed.

I had a difficult time finding a local source for custom glass work until I found A Better View. Customer service is first rate, products are first class and prices are first choice! Our first request was for some custom made glass tabletops. The turnaround time was astounding and they were perfectly made to order. Next we needed a specific custom-made mirror and mounting. They did a fantastic job and we've gotten many compliments on that and have told all where to go for excellent glasswork. Our next project is right around the corner and we wouldn't consider any other source!

Thank God, he only suffered a few scratches, but it scared all of us to death. The next morning I began calling around for estimates and to schedule the removal of the entire glass door and its frame. My daughters needed a very special size mirror, though small, was critical to have exactly right. The price was very reasonable and I was all ready to order but then a very unique and special thing happened. The cost of shipping was close to the cost of the mirror - the customer service rep took it upon herself to find that same mirror in my back yard. This is Exceptional Customer Service and it tells me that WantaBetterView cares more about their customers than just getting a sale. Impressive.

I requested a very difficult product and they were able to get the product and install the product with professional accuracy and excellence.
